How do I accept payment?
Invoices will be emailed once session booking has been finalized. Full payment must be received 24 hours before your session. Deposits are non-refundable and lock in your session date and time!
How many images will you receive from your session?
Quantity of photos are based on your session package. Additional photos may be purchased afterwards.
Can you have the RAW files from the session?
No RAW (unedited) photos will be released.
How long will it take for your gallery to be delivered?
Lead time for gallery delivery will depend on workload, but usually 1 to 2 weeks for small sessions and 2-4 weeks for larger sessions.
What happens if you need to cancel or reschedule your session?
The deposit / retainer fee is non-refundable however i will do my best to reschedule with you with your deposit intact.
